SUBMISSIONS

❝ Invitation to share the Talent ❞

Submissions are open all year round and artists based in any country of the globe are invited to submit their most marvelous work of art for publication.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-6 images

  • Must be exclusive 

  • Should not have any watermark or branding

  • Format: JPG

  • Color Profile: sRGB

  • Dimensions (flexible):

    • Portrait: 8.5 × 11 inch, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px, minimum)

    • Minimum size of photo should be 1 MB

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Make sure you have permission to publish from all the creatives involved.

  • Credits will be given to Name & Instagram Username of Model and Photographer.

  • Make sure the creative credits are correct. Credit Correction after publication is chargeable.

  • Open Submissions are only considered accepted when we respond back on the email confirming the same

  • We will provide a preview to all published participants and we will promote your work heavily on our website and social media.​

  • We prefer submissions made by Photographers, for their self or on behalf of Model

  • Adding up of New details or credits, at the PREVIEWS SHARING stage is chargeable. A $50 amount will be charged for adding each creative's details.

Terms & Condition

​

  1. I HAVE PERMISSION FROM MY ENTIRE CREATIVE TEAM(Photographer/Model, MUA and Other) TO PUBLISH MY IMAGES IN Bare mags.

  2. I own this Photograph, and I own all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to Bare mags.

  3. I am granting Bare mags the one-time, free of charge, non-exclusive right to use it in the following ways:

    • to publish in print and online

    • to publish it on social media and website.

  4. I consent to indemnify Bare mags against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against Bare mags arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.

  5. I understand and give permission for Minor Re-Touching on the selected photo, in order to make that print ready.

  6. I understand that, once submitting my entry, I can not with draw my submission and consent.

  7. Adding up of New details or credits, at the PREVIEWS SHARING stage is chargeable. A $50 amount will be charged for adding each creative's details.
